Why Card Refunds if there is to be a New Card?

There is still confusion about this in my mind and I suspect others.

On 1-Oct you stated that there will be a new card going forwards. So why are you encouraging everyone to claim the refund on the existing card?

I have been waiting more than 2 years for a card replacement in Europe. Are you saying I must now claim the refund and there is no other option? Are you saying cards will have completely different functionality than in the past?

If it is that everyone should now claim a refund, why have you not simply re-credited everyone’s wallet with the appropriate amount of BTC or ETH automatically?

Most likely, we cannot use the same order/pre-order for legal reasons, so I would recommend requesting a refund. Next time there will be no long queues if we enter a market
